Guidelines:
Purpose:
This policy outlines the guidelines for handling financial transactions and expense reimbursements for missionaries affiliated with Global Outreach International.
Policy Statement:
Personnel (full-time and part-time) affiliated with Global Outreach International are prohibited from submitting the same expenses to Global Outreach and to external foreign/domestic Non-Governmental Organizations/501(c)(3) organizations. This policy is implemented to ensure that all financial transactions are conducted through the proper channels, maintaining adherence to legal standards and organizational integrity. This policy applies to all missionaries, both full-time and part-time, as well as any other
individuals engaged in mission-related activities on behalf of Global Outreach.
Enforcement:
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a review of the missionary’s financial practices and may lead to corrective actions or disciplinary measures. Global Outreach is committed to maintaining a transparent and compliant financial environment and will address any breaches of this policy with seriousness and due diligence.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards.
