Purpose:

To define the standard workweek and establish core office hours for Global Outreach International, ensuring consistency while allowing flexibility for departmental needs and organizational operations.

Guidelines:

1. Standard Workweek

• The official Global Outreach International workweek begins on Monday at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday at 11:59 p.m.
• The standard workweek generally consists of 40 working hours.

2. Office Hours

• Normal office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Employees receive a 1-hour lunch break during this period.

3. Departmental Scheduling Flexibility

• Individual work schedules may vary depending on departmental needs, job responsibilities, or supervisor assignments.
• Adjustments to regular schedules must be coordinated with and approved by the employee’s supervisor.
